Free shipping on orders of ¥10,000 or more (excluding tax)

EMS = ¥2,000

Free EMS shipping on orders of ¥30,000 or more

・Italy, Australia (EMS)

EMS shipping = ¥5,000

Free EMS shipping on orders of ¥30,000 or more

・United States (DHL)

DHL shipping = ¥15,000

DHL shipping fee reduced to ¥7,500 on orders of ¥70,000 or more

・Canada, Mexico (DHL)

DHL shipping = ¥15,000

・Other countries (DHL)

DHL shipping = ¥15,000

Estimated Delivery Times

As a general guideline, items will be delivered within the following timeframes after shipment.

・Within Japan: Approximately 3–5 days
・International (DHL): Approximately 3–5 days
・International (EMS): Approximately 7–14 days

These timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee delivery dates. Delays in shipment or delivery may occur due to a high volume of orders, inventory status, weather, traffic conditions, customs clearance procedures, delivery area, or other circumstances.

We do not ship on our regular closing day (every Tuesday) or on unscheduled holidays.

International Customs Duties and Other Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the laws and regulations of the destination country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact the customs office or carrier in the destination country for information on the amounts and payment methods.

Delays in delivery may occur depending on customs clearance procedures and the payment status of customs duties and other charges.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the recipient's name, address, postal code, and phone number are correct before confirming your order.

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been shipped. If you wish to make a change, please contact the carrier yourself.

We cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver the product due to incorrect shipping information.

Extended Absence and Refusal of Delivery

If the product is returned to our shop due to an extended absence, refusal of delivery, incorrect address, unpaid customs duties or other charges, or other reasons attributable to the customer, you may be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees, customs duties, customs clearance fees, and any other costs incurred in returning the product.

If you refuse delivery or return the product without prior notice, we may refuse to serve you in the future.

Loss or Damage During Shipping

If the packaging or product is damaged upon arrival, or if there is an issue with the delivery status, please contact the carrier and our shop immediately.
