618 MARILYN II / INDIGO NON-WASH

ANATOMICA's "618" jeans collection features beautiful silhouettes based on the golden ratio (1:1.618), which is also used in the Parthenon, the statue of Zeus, and Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian Man.

The second model of the timeless 618MARILYN.

Like the 618MARILYN I, these jeans are designed with the iconic American pants favored by actress Marilyn Monroe as their inspiration, and feature prominent darts at the back pockets.

Vintage denim from around the same era as the 618MARILYN I served as the design resource.

The greatest appeal of the 618MARILYN II lies in its darts at the back yoke, which accentuate the natural curves of the female hips and create a well-defined silhouette.

The tapered line flows beautifully from the hips down to the hems. Rather than the forced fit of skinny jeans, it creates a sleek, comfortable, and clean line.

While they have a high rise, the design is slightly lower than the 618MARILYN I.

Tucking in your top and wearing them without a belt is the best way to make the most of this style.

The fabric is a 13.5 oz, sturdy, Japanese-made denim, which is thicker than that of the 618MARILYN I.

The hip patch pockets feature a small A-shaped woven label.
